This is a result from our survey at school from grade 7 to 12. As you can see, most teens are stressed out about school grades and arguments with surroundings. Survey results suggest that the most serious thing that affects teens is their homework and exams. The best way to deal with this dilemma is to first, divide your work into time periods, think what is the most necessary to be done during each time period. Use your time wisely, and make short pauses in between.

It turns out that most teens talk to someone to deal with their depression. Quite a few use drugs and alcohol which isn't a very good choice. Ignoring your problem is also not good. If you are depressed it is better to talk to someone or do something healthy to deal with it.
